Terms of Service
These terms describe permitted use, balance usage, customer responsibilities, and service availability for WA Lookup.

1. Service use
WA Lookup provides single-number WhatsApp validation tools through a web dashboard and API.
2. Balance
Balance is charged per completed validation according to the product selected. Failed or undetermined upstream results are refunded.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful use of phone validation data and protecting their API keys.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to facilitate spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential sharing, attempts to bypass limits, or interference with the service. A validation result does not grant permission to contact a person.
5. Result interpretation
Results describe the status returned at the time of a check. They are not proof of identity, ownership, consent, deliverability, or future availability and should not be used as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
6. Availability
The service may depend on upstream availability. Maintenance and failed upstream checks may affect validation responses.
