We process account details, API keys, payment and subscription orders, Airwallex billing customer and invoice references, validation requests, and validation history needed to provide the service. Card details are entered on the hosted payment page and are not stored by WA Lookup.
2. Validation data
Phone numbers submitted for checks are used to perform the requested validation and retain customer-facing history.
3. Security
Access is protected with secure sessions and API keys. The service is maintained with monitoring, backups, and strict credential handling.
4. Retention and access
Validation history is retained to provide customer-facing records and investigate service issues. Account holders may contact support about access or retention requests.
